2 cups shredded young coconut meat aka "Manha"
Potato starch
Sugar
Water
1. Mix the coconut meat with the potato starch so that it coats the coconut meat (about 2 cups to 3 tbsp).
2. In a pot, add 6 cups of water and 3 cups of white sugar. Let it come to a boil
3. Once the sugar water has boiled, add slowly the coconut meat, breaking it apart by hand over the boiling water.
4. Stir frequently until the soup thickens. Be sure to stir to prevent the dessert from burning.
5. Serve in a bowl & enjoy!
