I pcs. Skinless breast cut into cubes
4 pcs Skinless Thigh cut into cubes
I medium onions chop fine
7 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 Tablespoon Canola Oil
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup long grain rice wash and drain water
6 Cups of water
4 Tablespoon Patis
8 hard boil eggs without shell
3 Tablespoon Fried Garlic
1 Bundle Green onions
Obtain pot turn on stove to high heat pour two tablespoon canola oil, when hot pour in minced fresh garlic, and chop onions when golden brown pour in chop chicken, salt to taste, and black pepper lower heat to medium high. When chicken is cook , add rice and water let it boil. Then add Patis if still not salty enuf may add a little bit more to your taste and continue to boil and stir so it won't burn. Then when rice is cook, put in the hard boil eggs, chop green onions and stir. Lastly add the fried Garlic to garnish your Arroz Caldo. Make sure is not dry if dry add more water and add more seasoning to your taste.
