1/3 C Kikkoman soy sauce
1 sm yellow onion chopped
3 fresh cayenne peppers chopped and crushed
Combine all in a bowl
Serving ideas: use as a dipping sauce or topped over rice
Add just enough soy sauce to cut the acidity of the vinegar. This dish can also be used as a marinade, but watch out for the peppers as the y increase in their heat when cooked
