6 C Water
1 lg Yellow Onion diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring water to a fast boil and add chicken and onions.
Boil chicken until is cooked all the way through.
After chicken is cooked, reduce heat and bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes or until chicken starts to fall off the bone.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve and Enjoy
