Chicken Estaf'ao: Submitted by: Sean D Turner | Date Added: 26 Jan 2020 Ingredients:

1 whole Chicken cut
1/2 C Yellow Onion choppwhite or red riceed
2 T Black Pepper ground
3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 C Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 T Vegetable Oil
3 T Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the onion, black pepper, apple cider vinegar an soy sauce.
Add the cut up chicken and let it set for about 6 hours.
After the chicken marinated, remove from and save marinade.
Heat the Vegetable Oil in a pot.
Cook the chicken in the oil just enough to brown the outside.
Once the chicken is browned to golden, add the marinade.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Once it has boiled, reduce to a simmer and cover
Monitor the chicken and stir occasionally to ensure all the pieces get cooked.
Don't forget to take the chicken off the bone.

Serving Ideas: Serve this dish with either white or red rice.
