2 cloves garlic
1 cup coconut milk
2-3 hot pepper, chopped (optional)
2-3 lbs. fish (Mafuti)
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup lemon juice
1. Clean fish and cut in small pieces.
2. Combine fish, onion, garlic, salt with lemon juice and steam until tender.
3. Add coconut milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serves 2 to 4.
