* 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 large Lapu Lapu
1 clove garlic
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 green pepper, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalk, sliced
1. In a sauce pan combine soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, slat and sugar. Let it boil over low heat, do not stir.
2. Mix cornstarch in about 1 cup water; add to the above mixture.
3. Saute garlic, onion, ginger, add remaining vegetables and add to sauce.
4. Pour mixture over Lapu Lapu.
