1 cup coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. large Shrimp
2 T. lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1. In a large sauce pan, combine shrimp, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Steam for about 6 minutes.
3. Add coconut milk, cover and reduce to heat.
