Pumpkin tips, cleaned
1 cup water
Salt to taste
5-6 cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 octopus, chopped into bite sizes
1 lemon
1/2 onion, chopped
1. In a pot, place all ingredients except coconut milk. Cook for about 10-12 minutes (longer if you want it tender).
2. Reduce to heat, add pumpkin tips and coconut milk, bring to a boil and remove from heat
**Pumpkin tips can be added before coconut milk, if desired.
