1 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
3 cup flour (all purpose)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk gradually and blend until smooth.
2. Knead dough for 2 minutes. Divide dough into four pieces. Roll each piece into a round shape about 8 1/2 inch in diameter.
3. Heat cast iron grill or frying pan on high heat until hot. Reduce heat to medium heat and cook the tortilla for one minute on first side. Keep turning until each side is cooked.
