2 cups All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoons sugar
½ thick coconut milk
1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and coconut milk – to make the dough.
2. Roll on a board using a rolling pin about 1/3 inch thick, then cut in long line ½ inch apart; finish cutting into diagonal size.
3. Preheat oil.
4. When oil is hot, place diagonal dough into hot oil, turning occasionally until golden brown.
5. Remove and let oil drip out of the doughnuts.
