½ PKG SAUSAGE (SMOKE OR HOT LINKS) DICED IN CUBES
1 ONIONS DICED
1 CAN ROTEL (TOMATOES & CHILI)
1 CAN STEWED OR DICED TOMATOES
1 CAN CORN (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 CAN PINTO BEANS (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 CAN SLICE MUSHROOM (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 PKG TACO SEASONING MIX (Not Chili Mix)
1 PKG HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH DRESSING (Powder Mix)

Cooking Instructions:

BROWN GROUND BEEF IN LARGE SKILLET THEN DRAIN GREASE. ADD TO CROCK POT WITH DICED SAUSAGE, DICED ONIONS AND ALL INGREDIENTS IN TO CROCK POT WITH TWO CUPS OF WATER AND LET SIMMER FOR 1 HR.

SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS OR CORN BREAD OR FOR YOU CHAMORROS HOT RICE WITH TABASCO OR FENEDENE.
