24 pieces Chicken thighs with skin & bones
4 Bundles Green onions Chopped or Diced
2 Fresh Coconuts Grated
1 1/2 pkg Lemon powder or 10 freshly squeezed Lemon
2 Tsp Salt
10 Guam peppers chopped or Habenero (Optional)
BBQ chicken halfway. Let cool and deboned chicken keeping the meat and skin. Chop or grind chicken with skin add in mixing bowl with chopped onions, grated cocnuts and lemon powder mix well then add your salt alittle at a time. Taste for desired flavor for some they like it more lemony so just add more lemon. Add salt if not salty enough. Add peppers if desired to make it spicey.
Great with corn tortillas or just plain hot red or white rice.
