Half-shelled Mussels
Mayo
Kimchee Base
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Thaw 1 box of Mussels in Water. While mussels are thawing out, mix 1 cup of Mayo, teaspoon Black Pepper, teaspoon of Garlic Powder and 2-3 tablespoons of of Kimchee Base. Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees. When Mussels are completely thawed, place them on a cookie sheet and Put Mayo mixture on top of Mussels (spread generously covering the whole mussel). Then Bake them for about 30 mins until the mayo mixture ontop of the Mussels is golden brown. Serve with White Rice and Finadene. ENJOY!!!
