4 C White Rice cooked
1 sm Yellow Onion chopped
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Black Pepper ground
1 T Garlic Powder
2 T Kikkoman Soy Sauce
3 T Oil
Heat 1 T of oil in a large pan, and add the chopped onions.
Saute the onion for about 2 minutes and add the remaining 2 T of oil.
Add the rice, black pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until the rice becomes lightly coated with the oil.
Add the 2 eggs and the mix with the rice until cooked.
Lower the heat and add the soy sauce and stir the rice until an even color is obtained
Serve and Enjoy
Notes: This is an is an Island version of traditional fried rice.
